1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the BhaiBen Technologies website and its services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our website or services.

2. Services Offered

BhaiBen Technologies offers a diverse range of digital services, including but not limited to Web Design, Web Development, Ecommerce Development, Website Maintenance, SEO, Local SEO, Social Media Marketing, Search Ads, Social Ads, Email Marketing, Custom Software Development, Mobile Development (iOS and Android), App Store Optimization, Custom Design (brochures, flyers, etc.), Brand Identity Design, Logo Design, Business Card Design, and Letterhead Design.

3. User Accounts

User accounts are not required for general access to our website. However, specific services may necessitate account creation, and in such cases, users agree to provide accurate and complete information.

4. Payment and Billing

We prefer payments via UPI transfer to our bank account. Alternative payment methods include Razorpay, Paytm, and Phonepe for domestic transactions. For international customers, we prefer payments through wire transfer. Alternative payment methods include  Wise, Stripe, or Payoneer. Invoicing is done for all transactions. Full payment in advance is required for certain services such as 1-page websites, SEO, Social Media, and other marketing activities. Payment terms for custom app development or large projects are determined on a case-by-case basis.

5. Refund and Cancellation

Refunds are granted in exceptional circumstances only. A refund may be processed if work has not commenced or purchases for clients have not been made. Refunded amounts will be net of payment gateway and other applicable charges.

6. Intellectual Property

Intellectual property ownership and rights vary per project and will be outlined in individual agreements. BhaiBen Technologies retains the right to display completed work in portfolios and marketing materials.

7. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for providing accurate information and materials required for the agreed-upon services. Failure to do so may result in delays or additional charges.

8. Privacy Policy

Please refer to our separate Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect user data.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through arbitration in Gandhinagar. If arbitration is unsuccessful, the jurisdiction of the courts in Gandhinagar will apply.

10. Termination of Services

BhaiBen Technologies reserves the right to terminate services under certain circumstances, as outlined in individual service agreements.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions are subject to change. Any updates or revisions will be posted on the BhaiBen Technologies website. Users will be notified of these changes, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the modified terms. It is the user’s responsibility to regularly check the terms and conditions for updates.

12. Limitation of Liability

BhaiBen Technologies shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from the use of our website or services.

13. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Gujarat, India.
